CleanFolder context

Hello!  Well, I was using the CleanFolder.exe program and wished it was
drag-n-drop.

Instead of tweaking Mr. Casey's code (thank you, by the way, for
CleanFolder!),
I wrote this little patch which will let you drop folders on it and open
them in CleanFolder.

In the BGMshare folder I have included this little app.
But you will need a copy of CleanFolder.exe!
