BCX Basic Application Templates

It would be great if we could come up with a set of application templates to
help others get started using the language. 

* Basic form
* MDI form
* COM automation
...

I have noticed most Basic languages have a example that shows the supported
controls and features of the language. The following is a D-Lib Basic
example which is a great way to show what can be done and a good getting
started example.
