Hi Bruce,

I was unable to download your zip file making it impossible to assess
the worthwhile-ness of your proposed effort.  Perhaps you can upload a
copy of it to a Yahoo|Bcx|Files|BruceAxten| folder

If your end goal is to share your library with BCX users, good for
you.  If your motivation is to create a small, fast, genuine windows
application that takes advantage of the essence of your script
library, that to can be accomplished in a number of ways with BCX,
including some pretty decent built in COM support.
